By booking any appointment with Modern Muse Brows you are adhering and agreeing to all Terms & Conditions found in the appointment scheduling booking form. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business.

New Clients

We completely understand that visiting a new brow studio and placing your trust in us can feel daunting. Which is why we’re always available via email or social media to answer any additional questions you may have that aren’t covered on our website or booking form. Whatever you need, our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, informed and confident before your service.

Deposits

A 40% deposit is required to secure your appointment. We operate under a 24-hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. This helps confirm your commitment and protects our time from late cancellations or no shows.

Deposits are fully refundable when 24 hours’ notice is provided. If you cancel online, your deposit will convert automatically to a credit on your account. If you would prefer a refund instead of a credit, please contact us directly.

Service Maintenance & Aftercare

Like with any service particularly in the beauty industry - brows also come with aftercare and guidance on a journey plan for your ideal brow goals or needs. Any lamination or lash lift service we recommend aftercare serum for the same purpose as bleaching your hair - to maintain the health and longevity of the quality of your results. We provide aftercare with every service for peace of mind for you (and us)!

Our pricing is reflected by our level or expertise, skill level and quality of services for our clients. This can fluctuate dependant on the ever evolving beauty industry and will always be transparent with our pricing and services offered to maintain the highest standard.
